Meet Lisa Doering, Financial & Operations Lead

I grew up on the East Coast and in the Midwest until I moved here to Northern California with our family almost 25 years ago. My career has moved through different stages, from retail management to leadership roles in human resources and financial management. I love being able to support my colleagues in their work and handling the administrative projects that help an organization to grow and thrive.

Now that our kids are grown up and out on their own, I have found space in my life to commit to community activism and nonprofit support, and work with allies to improve our local community through mutual aid and activist organizing for racial justice, housing rights, healthcare for all, and workers’ rights.

As an INFJ personality, I operate on internal intuition and value an external world that is highly ordered and systematic. I am a voracious reader and have an unquenchable sense of curiosity and play. Learning new things fills me with joy and I find my creative expression through play  which shows me that there is always a new or different way to approach challenges, This fits perfectly with my role here at REACH Strategies as I prioritize supporting each of our amazing team members as well as strengthen our financial and operational elements for a sustainable future.
